No matter what disc I insert I am getting "No Valid Disc"
JA: What kind of computer do you have? Do you know what Operating System (OS) you're running?
Customer: Not a computer - It is a Toshiba DVD Player -
JA: Have you installed any updates recently? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: No - haven't used it in years - noticed it in closet - decided to watch a movie - No luck - Might add that although the manufacture date is August, 2007 - it has barely been used - very nice player - guess I forgot about it!
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?

Hold the "Mode button" down for several seconds and it will make a chain saw noise take your finger off, hit it again once. Then try to insert your disc It should start working.
