2: Unplug Power cord from Laptop
3: Remove Battery
4: Press Power button 3 or 4 times to neutralize any remaining power on laptop
wait for 5mins
Reconnect battery and see if it makes any change after 5mins

1: Power off computer
2: Turn on computer, when you see Windows icon (the windows image that appear soon after post screen) power off computer manually using power off button
3: Again power on computer and repeat step 2 for another 3 times
On next reboot you should get a different windows where you can see an advanced option
Click on advanced option

Select a restore point where you know the system has worked well
Select the restore point and start restore process

On command prompt window, type sfc /scannow press enter key
run this command
chkdsk c: /f press enter key
Let it complete disk check
