hello my laptop has been dropping the internet and I thought that it had to with my service provider they came out and I wasn't them so they said it was my laptop I took it back to the store and they claimed that t wasn't the laptop so when I went out of town it did the sme thing so it is my laptop and I need the problem to be corrected..Thnk
