I want to turn off my touchpad and the function f5 is not working
JA: What kind of computer do you have? Do you know what Operating System (OS) you're running?
Customer: satellite c655 wiwndows 10
JA: Have you installed any updates recently? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I tried devices mouse and touchpad and all I can change on the pad is delay
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?

Hi there and welcome

To do the touchpad, click Start, Settings

Then Devices

Then Mouse & Touchpad

About a quarter down you see Touchpad, click it to turn it off

Let me know how you go and we can progress to the F5 problem
