Okay, here is what you do first.

Shut down the computer.

Hold down power until it turns back on.

Force it to shut down again.

Do this back to back without breaks or pausing.

Do this 4 times, when the 3rd or 4th time comes up, it should give you an advance options screen.

Can you tell me if you can get to the screen this way and what you see?
