Please hold down the POWER BUTTON for 10 seconds until your laptop powers off. Wait 1 minute then power it back on. After the restart, everything should be back to normal again.

Please remove the battery and while the battery is out, hold down the power button for 8-10 seconds. After that, plug in the laptop without the battery installed. Now hold down the power button until the laptop powers on.
