Hello my name is ***** ***** I am assuming the disk is loaded into the machine, have you restarted it and does the first disk load automatically?

Expert:  Charles A. Roberts replied 9 months ago.

If it does not start automatically then restart your machine as soon as it posts with the Toshiba logo start pushing F12 repeatidly you should get a boot menu. Once of them should be the dvd rom drive select that and tell me if it loads the disk.
