Has the printer been configured for your new router?
Is your Toshiba laptop successfully connecting to your new router?
You'll need to perform operations on both the laptop and printer to get things set up again.
Can you tell me which version of Windows you have on the laptop?
On your printer display tap Setup.
Scroll through the items and select Reports.
Tap Network Configuration Page and it will print out.
Let me know the network status of the printer please.
If the configuration page doesn't show the print as connected,
from the setup menu
tap Wireless Setup Wizard
tap the name of your new Netgear wireless network
enter your new wireless password ***** requested and continue.
Once connected print a new network configuration page.
I can tell you what then needs to be done on your laptop
but I don't know what version of Windows you are using.
