What is the username, what operating system?
oh this maybe a bios password, I'll see if someone can assist with this
I found some instructions for you:
1. Make sure laptop is turned off2. Unplug the laptop3. Remove the battery4. Open open the laptop case.5. Locate the CMOS battery 6. Disconnect the battery7. Let computer sit with no power for 30 mins8. Reconnect CMOS, close case, reattach battery & plug in.9. Reboot PC 10. You should be prompted that the Bios was reset
Can't remote in as you can't login to your computer yet.
You need to perform the above steps

Do you have another working computer and blank cd?
if this is brand new we can try to do a refresh and restore to factory default.
restart the computer and press F8 repeatedly on startup, should take you to a menu screeen

Choose troubleshoot --> reset
