For the past couple of weeks, I have been unable to get my 2 year old Dell laptop to print. I have tried two different printers, different USB connections, restarted several times, installed updates, etc. to no avail.

I have Windows 10 on a Dell laptop. The model of the Dell printer is B1160W. The error message says "Unable to print"
