Hi my name is ***** ***** I will be the expert working with you today to help and resolve the problem you have posted.
let me know the model number of the Asus computer.
Do you want to run a factory reset or you want the windows reboot issue fixed?
Shut down the computer and wait for 3 mins. Power it back on and immediately tap on the F9 key few times this should take you to the windows recovery page let me know once you are there.
What all options do you get?
you are in the bios setup screen you do not need to be in here.
press F9 and the F10 save changes and click on exit.
did you follow the steps i gave?
when you were already there on the bios screen the blue screen i asked to tap F9 and then F10 save changes and then exit.
does it go to the windows boot screen and then reboots?
go to the aptio boot utility..then go to boot
then under boot let me know what all devices are listed
on the screen that you are on, press the f9 key
then press the f10 key
if it asks would you like to save changes, say yes
let me know when your computer reboots
My apology for the delay. When the system reboots on loop which screen does it end up with.
its basically not finding the boot files you would need a windows disk in that case to boot or you can order a set of recovery disks online which will have windows os, drivers and factory installed softwares.
If the recovery disk is from Asus downloads and you have selected the correct model and type then yes it will work and the computer will be reset to factory default.
did you get any discs from asus
