I'm sorry about the issue, Please try running the hardware troubleshooter and check if it helps:
1. click on Start, in the searchbox type troubleshooter and choose Troubleshooting from the list.
2. Click on Hardware and Sound.
3. Click on Hardware and Devices. Follow the onscreen instruction.
if the port replicator comes along with a driver, try reinstall it and check if that helps fix the issue.
