my laptop has developed an issue of not accepting the windows password, so therefore I can not open it to see if anything else is wrong with it. I do not have a back up disc. I have a windows 10 hp notebook. It isn't a yr old yet but I have had some trouble with it before this issue. Can you give me any advice as to take care of this problem
