Hi my name is ***** ***** I can assist. You could use a SATA to USB adapter to pull the data off of the drive if you remove the hard drive from the laptop. This way you can connect your drive to another PC like a USB stick.
Wal-Mart has them very cheap. http://www.walmart.com/ip/35118076?wmlspartner=wlpa&selectedSellerId=0&adid=22222222227023253249&wl0=&wl1=g&wl2=t&wl3=42966052712&wl4=&wl5=pla&wl6=81457575632&veh=sem
The hard drive should be removable through a panel on the bottom of the laptop. You'll need small screwdrivers to remove the screws.
Let me know if that solution works for you.
How is the issue? Were you able to get to your data? Let me know if you need any further assistance.
It seems there may have been issues getting my responses to you. I just want to make sure that you received my messages and to see if you still need help
