I'm not on that computer. I am on my iMac. Also, I forgot my Just Answer password ***** when I ask to reset it I'm told that an email is being sent to me to reset it and I'm not getting the email. This is really not working very well.

Is this simply a software problem? If not, how can you fix it remotely?
Expert:  sudipto_dutta replied 7 months ago.
You have to check your email, which you have provided for the password ***** link. Remote support is an optional service, it does not mean that we can fix every problem with that and unfortunately computer does not know that and that is why it is sending you the service offer for the remote support automatically. Please let me know, if you want to continue ?
