This might work. Hold down the power button till all the lights go out. (4 to 5 seconds)
Remove the power cord and hold the power button down for 45 seconds and release.
Plug the power cord back in and see if it will start up.
Thank you. There's no quick fix for this. At a minimum, when you press the power button you should
be seeing the Toshiba splash screen. You should see this even if the laptop had no hard drive inside.
It's possible this is a memory issue but I suspect it's a motherboard problem that needs to be looked at in a shop.
