Are you able to plug it in with a network cable for remote support?
go to start menu --> type in cmd --> in the black window type in ipconfig
what is the ip address and gateway?
start menu --> all programs --> accessories --> command prompt
start menu there is a search box to type in
type ping 10.0.0.1
then type ping google.com
do you get request timed out or reply from xxx....
and you open up a web browse and you can't get anywhere?
you're on the wireless now?
when it stops working, does its show your'e disconnected from wireless network?
what's the model on laptop?
Can update the driver for the Wireless network card http://support.toshiba.com/drivers
