I installed Google Chrome and when I select the Icon I receive the error message "ERR_FILE_NOT FOUND" and Chrome is not started - What is going on?

Ok. DO you remember installing any chrome plugins or was this after a fresh chrome install ?

chrome was already installed but and you could select either IE Explorer or Chrome - then I Installed a shell to emulate Windows 7 start menu
