I'm sorry about the issue. When did this issue first occur? When was the last time your laptop was working fine?
What's the model of your Asus laptop? Please check at the back/bottom of it.
Does the laptop have Windows XP, Vista, or 7 or 8 or 10?
Can you press at the same time the two keys Windows and R on the keyboard, then do you see the Run... window?
