Was the test print done via USB cable or wireless?
thats very off Ray. Please reboot both the PC/Laptop and unplug and replug in the printer and turn it on, and all should be well.
Ok, do you see a printer icon on the bottom right hand corner of your screen? We want to see if its spooling.
