Is the computer connected to the internet now? Can we do a screen sharing session so I can help you directly?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
What do I need to do
Expert:  Byron replied 11 months ago.

Do this on the laptop: Right-click on the start menu button in the lower left corner and select Run.

In the Run box type: rstrui.exe and click OK.

When System Restore opens click Next. Select a restore date

before this problem started and click Next, then finish.

Let the restore run and after the computer has restarted log in and let me know the status.

Expert:  Byron replied 11 months ago.

Hi Willie, that restore must be done by now. How are things now?
