but I have lost one of my Recovery Disc Is there a Way to do this?

I don't know the history of the laptop but there should be a recovery partition that

will allow a reset.

Start the laptop and as soon as you see the Acer logo screen appear

immediately hold down the the Alt key and begin tapping F10.

Doing this should start the recovery utility.
