mywife is trying to install our HP6835 printer...it is already on the network at our home..my laptop works fine with it...how do we get hers to install on hers

Thank you. I Windows can't find the printer on the network try this first:

Hold down the Windows logo key just to the left of the spacebar and press X

From the menu open Command Prompt (Admin)

At the blinking prompt in the black window type the following 3 commands, pressing Enter after each

netsh winsock reset

netsh int ipv4 reset

netsh int ipv6 reset

Restart the machine and then search for the printer.
