Hi there, I'm Tim and will try and assist you. Can you please unplug the unit, flip it over and remove the battery - wait 10 seconds, put battery back in, plug it in and boot it up?

Leave it unplugged then, and on. That way the battery will fully discharge and on booting up, it should be good to go, if not at least we know a full power cycle is not the fix.
