Hi. My name is***** you for your question and the opportunity to assist.

To go back start or restart the laptop such that you are looking at the login screen.

While holding down the Shift key click the Power icon in the lower right corner and select Restart.

Release the Shift key when you see "Please Wait"

When the "Choose an Option" page opens click Troubleshoot.

On that page select Reset this PC.

Remove everything and recover to the partition where Windows is installed if asked.

Let me know if any issues. A reset can take upwards of an hour or more so if things seem a little slow that's

just the nature of the process.
