My Laptop is an Envy x360 with i7 OS. It does not boot up, it give me an error "Hard disk error" I did the hard disk Test in system diagnostics without success. This Laptop was bought in Feb. this year. Please help.

The error message indicate that hard disk is gone bad and needs to be replaced. Since the computer is under warranty and this must be replaced free of cost.
