My laptop is saying non bootable device please restart system
Have turned off and on getting the same message

Thanks for the information and sorry for the late reply. The problem you are facing is caused due to two reasons. One, this can be caused due to defective hard drive, which is main bootable device and two if some system files are corrupt, which help Windows to boot. You can follow the steps from the link below and see, if you are able to restore windows, if you are not able to do so then, unfortunately the hard drive is defective and you have to replace it to solve the problem.
