I have a Toshiba Satellite C655 and recently installed windows 10. All seemed to work however I am now unable to access the start up menu and the icons previously available at the bottom of the screen no longer appear.

I'm sorry about the issue. Please try the following fix:

- Press at the same time the the two keys Windows and R on the keyboard

, then type rstrui then click OK

, then click on Next, and restore the computer to any date before this issue first occurred, and check.
