My email is on file; I am unable to access my account because each time I try,
I am asked to create a new password.
When I set up this account approx. 6 months ago, I set up a password.
Now, I do not remember which one I used; probably xxxx
I have been blocked from my account as the system sends me in circles!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
