i have tried to extend my problem explanation and I am blocked. So, I renew my entry from beginning. I am in Windows 7. I have have the WD since about early 2010. i have never been able to do a full back-up. I tried again now and I get some message about NTFS.
i believe i was connected to VINOD. Can I get some allowance as a user with a first time call
