First off, please go to Start > Run, then type in devmgmt.msc and press ENTER.

In the Device Manager window, do you see any device listed in yellow, or with a yellow question/exclamation mark next to it?

Sorry there is nothing there, the computer was rebuilt, and I don't see anything under the device manager
