Hello my name is***** am sorry you have encountered this kind of problem. It usually means there is a file missing at startup that allows windows to boot. You would either need a windows disk to run the repair or windows would need to be reinstalled.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I have already tried that and it keeps saying restart by pressing ALT/Ctr/delete and when I do that it. Goes. Back

how did this problem arise? did you change something in windows or installed/uninstalled anything?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I remember changing vista to Windows 7
Expert:  aitizaz replied 1 year ago.

After you installed windows 7,have u ever used it?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No I don't think so
Expert:  aitizaz replied 1 year ago.

OK! This is not a big deal. You would be happy to know that this is not a big problem to be resolved. To resolve the matter, you need to re-install windows 7 properly. With the current installation of windows ( from vista to windows 7), you have missed some settings or have skipped a step which has resulted in to such problem. BUT before we do anything else, please make sure that nothing is connected to the computer like USB drive or any CD/DVD in the ROM.

Expert:  aitizaz replied 1 year ago.

did you confirm that no USB device is connected to the computer and there is no disk in the CD/DVD ROM?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Expert:  aitizaz replied 1 year ago.

Then you need to actually re-install windows because it has not been written well to the hard disk. That is the reason why it is unable to load the right files. Please re-do the installation of windows 7 and the problem will go away. do you have any questions related to this?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I have already tried this and it doesn't work
Expert:  aitizaz replied 1 year ago.

have you tried these methods?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It won't let me go anywhere other than when I press f2 it asks for a password ***** then keep saying the wrong one
Expert:  aitizaz replied 1 year ago.

In the given scenario, i will suggest you to take the computer to the nearest repair shop so that the expert there may install/re-install windows on your computer after making the required changes to the system and making hard disk your first boot device afterwards.
