I had it before upgrading. but was still having round about way to get to my email.

OK do you mean you can not get into your yahoo or the laptop? I thought you were trying to get into the laptop but you just mentioned going a round about way to get into your email? The reason I asked if you had a hotmail/live/outlook account is windows 10 uses your Microsoft account as the user log in and password ***** you have one.

I'am unable to get my laptop on line. I purchased it early July, and I guess I hit the wrong key one time. I was only able to get online by using administrator, then I downloaded windows 10, and now I'm still unable to get online at all.
