Since when this problem started.

When was the last time your computer was working fine ?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Friday was working fine. This morning I got some wierd email from China that I was trying to delete but it was open in the preview pane. After that it went into a loop.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I deleted the email via my blackberry but laptop still in a power cycle loop. Will cut off after 30-60 seconds, but then goes right back to where you were before, as if you closed the lid. Doesn't restart from very beginning boot cycle.

I suspect it's a spyware/adware.

Would you like me to remote in and work directly on this issue ?

No problem. I would suggest you to perform a system restore to a date prior to when your computer was working fine.

Expert:  Md. Sadique replied 1 year ago.

Do you need the instructions on how to perform system restore ?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No. I will try it.
Expert:  Md. Sadique replied 1 year ago.

Keep me posted!

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Did system restore and now its back to turning off after 30 sec trying to boot normally.
Expert:  Md. Sadique replied 1 year ago.

It goes into a on and off loop only when you try to boot the computer normally.

In safe mode you're able to go to the desktop.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
