Hi,
I'm sorry about the issue. Does your Toshiba laptop have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, or 10?
Does it show a name or username at the password ***** login screen?
Does it show an email address at the password ***** login screen?
Is it okay to reset the laptop fresh, so you can re-set it up fresh, like brand-new, with a new password ***** want?
Please reply at the box below. Thank you.

Are you still with me
Expert:  Viet - Laptop Tech replied 1 year ago.

Thank you. Sorry, yes, I'm still here with you. It's taking me a few minutes to look up your model and write the instructions. That is the BIOS / Setup password. You would need to remove the battery, and RAM / memory cover at the back of the laptop, then remove the memory sticks, then short the bios jumper, B500 in order to reset the BIOS password.
