Can you remove the power cable and hold the power button down for 60 seconds, then release.

Once done, connect the power cable and turn on the Laptop and tell me please if it now starts.

ok, the reason for this message is it is not detecting the hard disk.

Power it off, hold 0 (zero) and with it held down, power it on and tell me what happens please

It is the hard drive that has crashed. This is the bootable device it is trying to find and cannot which is why it gives this error. This also means your data has been lost sorry on it.

I am really sorry about this and you are going to have to return the laptop to have this replaced. It will be covered by the warranty if this has not expired, and the replacement will be done at no cost to you.
