I have 2 monitors and 1 laptop so my display is extended using the display port to one of the monitors and the other monitor is connected via VGA port, but what I want to do is duplicate the 2 monitors so if I drag a window to one of the monitors it will show on the other one as well

I think I've waited long enough from 12:01 until 12:21 and no response not even someone getting in touch

Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Most techs are in the USA, so at night time, there may be only a few techs available and they may not be familiar with a particular issue. Please do not wait, we will email you whenever there is a response from any tech. Do you still need help with this?

What's the model of your laptop?

Are you able to extend to both monitors at the same time? Or does it only let you extend one monitor at a time?

Basically, the issue is that even though there two monitor / output ports (VGA and DisplayPort), the laptop actually has only one extra video / graphics card (adapter / chipset) installed in it. The other graphics card is for the built-in LCD display. The two monitor ports (on a graphics card) are provided for convenience for the type of monitor you use (usually an old monitor only has a VGA port), but both monitor ports cannot be used at the same time.
The solution for your situation is simple. What you need is an splitter; a DisplayPort (or mini-DisplayPort) to VGA (or DVI, or HDMI) splitter. Check the laptop port to see if it has a DisplayPort or a mini-DisplayPort, and check each monitor for port type(s). It depends on your monitors. For example, if your monitors both have DVI ports, then you can get a DisplayPort to 2x DVI splitter. (If one monitor has a DVI port, and one monitor has a VGA port, then you need a DVI to VGA adapter also.) Here are some example:
Mini Display Port to 2x VGA splitter

Mini Display Port to 2x DVI Splitter

Mini Display Port to 2x HDMI Splitter

- If both your monitors have VGA ports, then you can also use a VGA splitter (instead of a DisplayPort splitter):
