Good Morning, What type of pc do you currently have
Expert:  Lachard Binkley replied 1 year ago.
Also have you pressed f2 at startup and went to bios to make sure it is still reconizing your hard drive sometimes when power turns runs out and you plug it back in the hard drive can have a power surge run through it and damage the hard drive.

Thanks for the information!
Probably the hard disk drive has disconnected, so I suggest taking the hard disk out and re-connecting it.
Are you able to remove the bottom side of the laptop to get to the hard disk drive?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Iwill try it.

Well I have to go through a reboot or anything?
Expert:  IT Miro replied 1 year ago.
You can follow these instructions:
1. Turn off your laptop
2. Disconnect the power adapter
3. Turn it over and remove the battery
4. Remove the hard disk compartment to get to the hard disk drive
5. Disconnect the hard disk connector that connects to the motherboard
6. Once un-plugged, clean the hard disk area and the connectors from dust. You can just blow the dust away
7. After that, re-plug the hard disk
8. Put the bottom cover back and re-connect both the battery and the power adapter
9. Start the laptop normally and see the results
I found a video showing how to get to the hard disk drive:
