Hello,
I am an Information Technology Professional with over 15 years of professional experience. I am the technician assigned to your case today. I look forward to working with you and resolving this problem.
You can do this very simply from a command window.
- Hold down the Windows key and press the R key
- That will bring up a window.
- Type: cmd
- Click Ok
- In the black window that comes up, type the following and press enter: ipconfig /aLL
After pressing enter, you will be given all the network card information. Scroll up to locate the "Physical Address" for the network card. That physical address is the Mac Address.
I look forward to your next message or your rating below.
Please, do not forget to rate my help on this page.
Thank you again,
- Jason
