Hello, welcome to JustAnswer my name is ***** ***** I'm one of the experts who will be assisting you today.
How long ago did you format and recover Windows 7 Home, did the trial period pass or is the operating system still functional?
May I start a remote session that way I can take a closer look at the problem and fix it for you directly?

Hi. When you say your "recovered" Windows 7 if that is any other type of recovery than

restoring a pre-made system image of your machine then

please check your wireless configuration. Villanova uses 802.1X wi-fi.
