I've just bought an Acer Aspire S3Model no MS2346.It links to my Wireless network easily but I have had NO success activating or linking to any bluetooth device despite having made it discoverable. There is Atherol bluetooth software on board and I wish to link to a wireless mouse and the HP Officejet 100 mobile printer by bluetooth connection too.I would appreciate some guidance on how to activate it. Am I missing some key hardware with this particular model?Roger
Already Tried: 1) trying to add a device and to add a printer within the control panelsit never discovers anything I make discoverable, 2)Changed the sharing options by a) Turning on network discovery, b) Turning on printer and file sharing, and c) Turning on public folder sharing No difference so far. Hi Roger, Thanks a lot for posting your query here. Actually Bluetooth was not enabled by default on this model. You should enable it by pressing Fn+F3. Hold down the Fn key and and press F3 key. Bluetooth will be enable. Pressing it again will disable the Bluetooth.After enabling bluetooth on your laptop; you should pair your devices with it.
