-What did you mean by "not working", were you able to install it BUT it won't open?
-Or were you not able to install it at all?

Hi laurence john,

Thank you for writing back.

First, try the following:

  1. If the software come in 2 discs, load disc 1 or disc A to your CD/DVD drive.
  2. Give it some time to load the Autoplay. If nothing comes up, please go to Start => Computer
  3. Then in the window that opens, please locate on the CD/DVD drive. It shall be the one with a CD icon.
  4. When located, please double click to open the contents of the CD. If Autoplay is selected, then the installation shall begin.
  5. If not, please locate for the file named SETUP. It is of "Application" type. When located, double click on that SETUP icon to start the installation
  6. Then follow the on screen procedures to complete the process.
  7. If the installation fails, please tell me any error message that you got when the installation fails so that I can help you further.
