Family member forgot passwords that he set on my laptop. He "only" remembers the "current password", but forgot the "hdd and supervisor passwords. Can you help with this problem so I can restore the laptop to the "factory settings"?
Already Tried: Guessing at what the passwords could be.

It's a Satellite L355-S7907, and it was a gift 2yrs ago.
Thank you, XXXXX XXXXXI'm sorry to tell you this, but modern latptops (4 years and newer) are built specifically so those passwords cannot be removed by anyone other than the vendor.Only Toshiba will be able to remove this password XXXXX you, after you prove ownership of the machine.I know this is not what you want to hear and am very sorry to give you this piece of bad bad news, but it would be unprofessional of me to do otherwise.
