There is a small hole to reset at the bottom side of your tablet

nick821702 :

Insert a small paper clip to reset it

Hi, My name is John and I would like to try to help you solve your issue.

How do you charge you tablet?

Sometimes when these tablets are charged using USB they will charge but charge really slowly. When a tablet is completely drained, charging through USB is almost impossible. Once a tablet has been completely drained some require that you charge for at least an hour using the provided power adapter.

Please let me know if this works for you of if you have already tried as well as any results. Remember that no detail is too small not matter how small you think it may be. Any bit of info could help us figure out a resolution.

I charged it using the power adapter that came with it. I had it charging all night and tried again this morning and still nothing. When i push the power button the white home button blinks once and then nothing happens

It sounds as if you may have a hardware issue that may not be able to be fixed by anyone other then the manufacturer.

Due to the fact you have the tablet for a very short time, the best advice as far as saving you money and time would be to try and resolve through the manufacturer and some cases the store where you purchased.

To contact Acer support for RMA:
https://customercare.acer.com/customercare/CS2Service.aspx

If you would like to tell me where you purchased I could also find support links to try and have it resolved by them.

Either way I truly feel that your resources would be best utilized by contacting the manufacturer as your tablet is brand-new.
