I live in sw Florida and found these mushrooms growing, i was wondering if they are toxic since i have chickens

Those mushrooms are as yet immature. Watch them over the next week or so as they grow larger and open up. Take more photos, and then post those. Then we can get a look at the gills and make a spore print; the best way to ID generic-looking mushrooms.

My first impression is that it will end up being a Chlorophyllum molybdites (green-spored parasol mushroom), which is highly poisonous. But like I said, let them mature so you can see the gills, and get some spores. In the mean time, treat them like they are poisonous and don't let anyone (or any chickens) get to them.
