Customer Question

Hello my name is ***** ***** Okay so my landlord wanted us out early we argued to get him to extend the lease but i had to with draw from school early because of his lack of responses and ignoring my phone calls. Now the realty company said they voided our old lease and drew up a new one for us to sign. i do not wish t sign it i want to leave. I'm getting resistince from the realty and the landlord. There should be nor problem considering the old lease is gone and we are waiting for a new one?

If you have a lease in place, that lease controls and cannot be voided or changed unless both sides agree in writing.

Only if the time passed. and then you can go month to month.

Okay so if the old one is void and the new one has to sign. There is no obligation
