Hi TJ,Just thought I would add to this issue.I discovered on Monday that the owner of the properety bounce a city water bill check in mid Septeber and did not respond to the water department's attempts to resolve it so...
my water (that has been in my name since Oct 7) was shut off.
I notified the management service on Monday and nothing has been done.
This morning I sent an email notifying the management company that the water shut off constitutes breach according to the lease agreement and that I accept the termination of the lease.
Case solved!
