my land tax for 2014 was1,250.83 and 2015 was1,520.38 on 6-30-16 I paid $300.00 on the 2015 tax pacificaly the on 2/1/16 $250.00, 6/30/16 $300.00,8/2/16 $200.00,and again on 9/30/16 $200.00. Why are my taxes back up to $2,771.13 as of 10/3/16 when it started out at a total of $2,779.21 and my income is only $733.00 a month? What am I doing wrong if anything

Normally your taxes are paid quarterly is that correct? Were the 2014 taxes paid in full? Was the tax for the year 2015 $1,520.38 or was that only for part of a year? What were the taxes for 2016?
