12/29/2015 i filed a small claim against my tenant, court day

Customer Question

12/29/2015 i filed a small claim against my tenant, court day schedule on 02/04/2016. the plaintiff didnot show up. 02/16/2016 i filed a eviction against him.03/17 eviction be finished.
on 01/26/2016,we had a physical conflict of report#16-3455 in stockton police department. he just had a minor scrape.on July ,i received a summons(SUM-100) without the date at box of by personal ,which show court day on 12/20/2016,because i did not read the 60 deadline,i have not responded to court and other part.
maybe 60 day later,i received a request for entry of default(CIV-100),this make me realized my mistake! this form of CIV-100 is the judge'decision?i have a good proof to show plaintiff lying, and have a witness to state the fact.i believe i win the case with 100% confidence.
now, i could do motion to vacate default in court? within 6 month?and could i defend my self? or now,i still could respond like normal?and could i show the information of witness on the file that will give to plaintiff?
