I rent a house from my grandmother with a lease. She lives

Customer Question

I rent a house from my grandmother with a lease. She lives in Panama. I filed a restraining order and an officer had her leave my home. Today the officer said she spent the day in court. She convinced the judge that she lives here. I was told I have to let her in to stay. I have not let her into my home yet. What can I do?

Hello and welcome! My name is ***** ***** I am a licensed attorney who will try my very best to help with your situation or get you to someone who can. There may be a slight delay in my responses as I research statutes or ordinances and type out an answer or reply, but rest assured, I am working on your question.

.

Do you still have the restraining order in place or has it been dismissed?

.

Who told you that you have to let her in?

.

Have you seen anything signed by a judge that says you have to let her in to stay?

.

Does your lease state you are renting the entire house of just a part of it?
